Princess Maxima and Prince Willem-Alexander and other members of the Royal family in shock after a car hitt monument De Naald ( The Needle) at the Jachtlaan in Apeldoorn 7 people were killed, including Karts T. and injured 12 people.
Karts T. drove his black Susuki through the crowd of Queensday.
